Delete some of my data without deleting my account
You can delete an inspiration from SNAP2PLACE without deleting your account.
In the application, use the “No longer inspires me” action on the relevant inspiration.
This action deletes the inspiration from SNAP2PLACE, removes it from the map and ends its future reactivations.
Your SNAP2PLACE account and your other inspirations remain active.
Account data and other inspirations are retained for as long as necessary for use of the account and operation of the service.
Certain data may be retained for longer where required by law or where retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Delete my account
From the SNAP2PLACE application, use the “Delete my account” function.
Deleting the account results in the deletion of the personal data associated with your account. No additional deletion period is provided for.
Data deleted
Deleting your account results in the deletion of the personal data associated with your account, including inspirations synchronised with the account and selected screenshots retained with the corresponding inspirations.
Where data explicitly linked to the user has been transmitted to PostHog with their consent, deletion of that data is also requested from PostHog through the applicable process.
What is not deleted from your phone
Deleting the SNAP2PLACE account does not delete original screenshots remaining in your personal photo library. These remain under your control.
